The Bihar Public Service Commission is yet to send an official notice to confirm the 33rd Judiciary Examination 2024, if the confirmation is sent out in the month of September, applicants will have until October to fill the forms and submit all the required documents as well as pay the fee.

Although the Bihar public Service Commission has not disclosed the vacancies for the 33rd Judicial Service Examination for the year 2024, there are usually 150 to 220 vacancies available for the post of Civil Judge, estimated on the basis of the 150 vacancies last year, the reservation is as always.

The eligibility criteria for the Judiciary Services Examination 2024 for the vacancy of Civil judge under the Bihar Judicial System are follows:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university but the bar of council of India.

Age Limit: A candidate must be minimum 22 years and maximum 35 years old, however if you belong to the OBC, SC or ST category, you can 38 or 40 years old respectively.

In order to apply for the 33rd Bihar Judiciary Examination 2024, you must Pay an application fee of rupees 600, through online transaction, but if you are a person with disabilities the application fee for you is reduced to rupees 150.

Although there has been no official confirmation or announcement from The Bihar Public Service Commission, the date for the 33rd Judicial Services 2024 is most likely to be conducted in the first four months of 2025.

The 33rd Judiciary Examination 2024 selection process has three different stages- prelims, mains, and then the interview. Below is the detailed breakdown of each stage.
